Due to the personal nature of our products, returns are ONLY ACCEPTED ON DEFECTIVE ELECTRICAL PRODUCTS. Defective products must be returned within ten days of receipt, and another unit will be shipped to the customer after inspection of the returned item. Returns of non-defective items, canceled orders, and undeliverable orders are subject to a 20% restocking fee - shipping is non-refundable in all cases.
